BIOGRAPHY

Hi! 🙋🏼‍♀️

I am Elena, a hardworking, patient and calm person.

During my professional career I have lived in different countries driven by learning new languages ​​and getting out of my comfort zone.

I have more than 10 years of experience within the Travel / Hospitality industry, 6 of them in Tech. I have worked in different roles that have helped me acquire new essential skills for UX / UI:

- Account Management - communication and negotiation skills.

- Customer Service - empathy, problem-solving, orientation to user satisfaction.

- Implementations - technical skills, product knowledge, time management, effective project management.

- Operations Team Lead - team coordination, strategic-thinking, recruiting interviews, communication.

- Contracts/Order Management - processes improvement.

Each of the roles has taught me to work from different perspectives oriented towards the same business objective.

After the last year of the pandemic and given the need to rethink the travel / hospitality industry, I have decided to jump to UX / UI. This way, I combine the knowledge acquired in operations/ processes together with my passion for design and art.
